We can’t think of too many ways to make the stunning SLS ‘Gullwing’ any more desirable, and to be honest we wouldn’t have immediately thought of removing those epic doors. But that’s just what Mercedes has gone and done, and the result is this, the SLS Roadster.
As you’ll see in the picture gallery, the car is undergoing final testing before its debut in Frankfurt later this year. Can you just imagine that job, testing one of these to destruction. We’ve got a full gallery and more specs after the jump.
Mercedes C-Class Coupe photographs have been leaked again by a German magazine. This is for the second time and it follows the teasers of C-Class Coupe and SLS AMG Roadster, which appeared on the Mercedes Super Bowl television commercial.

Glimpses of the new 2013 Mercedes S-class have been seen, courtesy of ‘spy-photographers’. The much awaited car was spied doing test runs in southern Germany - though covered with tons of camouflage hiding details.

Mercedes have given the C63 AMG a performance as well as design upgrade, the reason the huge success of the original model. Mercedes-Benz wanted to give its customers something afresh. The car brand has formally announced the 2012 C63 AMG. Although a successor to its older sibling, the C63 AMG is vastly inspired by SL63 AMG.

As part of plans to bring eight diesel engine variants in the U.S by 2014, Mercedes will be adding the GLK250 BlueTec to the existing range of E-, M-, GL- and R- class models. Also on offer in the near future would be a diesel S class. We might also see an upgraded 2012 C class in September, but its diesel version could take at least another year.
Mercedes will be putting the SLS AMG E-Cell into production in short time as they have confirmed their official plans. The proposed model is said to be very similar to the leaked, teased and test-driven prototype. The prototype model was driven by David Coulthard.

We are sure this is something that will excite you. We hear Daimler has begun parleys with Aston Martin to outsource the production of Maybach. The two auto giants are said to be holding talks as to reach a deal with regard to a situation where Aston Martin would get engine technology in exchange for building the next-generation Maybach.

Renault has reaffirmed that its engine formula for 2013 will even out the playing field in the auto industry. This was following suggestions that its existing 2.4 liter unit was not in the same league as that of Mercedes and Ferrari.
