A tweet has brought to us refreshing news from the Fiat USA workshops. The US subsidiary of the popular automaker has plans to storm the LA Auto Show with a North America-specific 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth.

Fiat and Gucci have joined hands and they are all set to introduce their special edition Fiat 500. The 500 features an exclusive body with chrome accents, 16-inch alloy wheels as well as the Gucci’s signature stripe on both the sides. Interior of the auto includes two-tone leather seats, gloss black trim, and plenty of Gucci branding. The vehicle will be available in white or black shades.

Fiat’s new special edition 500 Blackjack has been outed. To be driven in to dealerships by September, the car would be made available in the European markets by then. We get to learn that Fiat would sell the high end version for prices starting at €18,350 in the Italian car market.

The Fiat 500 Blackjack will come with four different engines. The petrol variants will sport a 900cc TwinAir with 84 bhp (63 kW / 85 PS). The 1.2-liter with 69 bhp (51 kW / 70 PS), and a 1.4-liter with 100 bhp (75 kW / 101 PS) will be part of the pick. Meanwhile, the diesel variant would offer 95 bhp (71 kW / 96 PS) 1.3-liter Multijet II.
To be rolled out in matte black hues and glossy accents, the car will have 16-inch alloy wheels, and red brake calipers. Leather upholstery and silver trim will be part of the package. That’s a bit different than the Fiat 500 pink we’ve seen some time ago. Eh?

The Fiat 500 4-door hatchback is finally a reality, and as per Autonews, this special version has been approved to arrive in Europe and the US as early as next year. The upcoming 4-door 500 will compete with the likes of the Opel Meriva and the Scion xD which are all basically categorized as small MPVs. Though Fiat hasn’t confirmed anything, we’re expecting a more powerful engine taking into consideration the extra weight courtesy of the bigger platform and the larger cargo space. One last thing. No one really has a problem with Fiat 500 expanding its lineage but they’ll better come up with a different name for the four-door hatch. [via autonews (sub req)]

If every car got modeled into special editions numerously, it is none other than the Fiat 500. Its latest incarnation as a special edition, the Fiat 500C Denim will be solely available to the Japanese Fiat 500 admirers. The special edition has been brought out in collaboration with Italian deniware label, Diesel and it follows the fixed roof versions along with a one-off charity benefit convertible that was showcased almost a year back. Each of this special edition unit will cost $24K and it will be available in three color options. The Diesel magic will be seen on the inside of this limited edition vehicle as the interior will feature denim like upholstery with yellow top-stitching. [via Autoblog]

No one could have imagined a Fiat 500 in a pinkish tinge but against all odds, the puny car has arrived as a limited edition model. Only 500 of these variants will be produced and as per Fiat, the car will target women drivers making them believe that it is a must have motoring fashion item. Under the hood will be a 1242cc engine that will make the car pelt from 0 to 62mph in 13 seconds and it will top it out a 99mph. On the outside, the car sports a purplish pink tinge while on the inside it adores the color black. Other attractions include a start/stop system, a leather gear knob and most notably a sunroof. Even the key cover for the car adores the color pink and what adds to the overall flavor is a special badging. The car is priced at £11,700 and it is already on sale in the UK.

Tuning House Karl Schnorr Kraftfahrzeuge didn’t think the Fiat 500 Abarth was good enough with its power numbers or the exterior. Therefore their wicked designers made plans to help the engine cross the 200 hp mark and to add to the attractiveness of the outside. There are two power levels available. Power Level 1 helps the 1.4L engine achieve 163 hp at 206Nm of torque, while Power Level II is what kicks in bigger numbers helping the Fiat 500 Abarth to achieve 200hp thanks to a bigger turbocharger, a sports exhaust and a recalibrated ECU. The Power Level 1 costs €950 and the Power Level II is expensive at €5,050. The exterior changes include 7×17-inch red aluminum rims and lowered suspension for better road handling. Looks great! Fiat is preparing the “500 Drive” event ahead of the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix qualifying sessions (the first night GP) on Saturday and will use twelve Fiat 500 F1 (all limited editions) that will be used on track by celebrities. Lately, the Italians have been marketing their new Cinquecento very aggressively so I think they really have very good results investing that much money.
With chrome trim and exclusive “F1 Limited Edition” livery all the twelve Fiat 500 will use the standard 100 bhp (74 kW) 1.4 16v engine which tops at 182 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.5 seconds.
