It’s called the ‘Morning’ in South Korea. The fully-redesigned second generation 2012 Kia Picanto has been premiered at Geneva. Compared to the earlier models in the family, the new Picanto boasts of more cultured character and sports a bolder design.

Lotus Mini City Car Sounds Pretty Neat For its Class

We have known Lotus as one car maker that focuses on bringing out the best in light weight sports cars. The Paris Auto Show package was in fact testimony to Lotus’ plan which stressed on moving towards new concepts.

Kia Pop City Car Concept to be Showcased at Paris Motor Show

This is something interesting. The pictures we have are tempting, indeed. Kia Motors has announced that they will be unveiling the new all-electric city car concept ‘Pop’ at the Paris Motor Show next month. The zero-emission concept car follows last year’s Ray plug-in hybrid and the company’s announcement of the ambition to become a leading supplier of fuel-cell cars by 2015. Kia must be planning similar grand ideas for electrics and plug-ins.

Gordon Murray’s new city car, the new T.25, has been rolled out at an event at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at Oxford in England. Weighing just 1,212 pounds, the T.25 comes about as a car that can seat three adults in a 1+ 2 layout. While the driver sits at the front-center, two other seats are provided behind on either side The width is just over four feet and length just under eight feet. The T.25 sports a front, akin to a BMW Isetta microcar of the olden days. A 51 horsepower, in-line three-cylinder engine mounted in the back powers the car. The T.25 has been designed to race from to 62 mph in 16.2 seconds while achieving 61.9 miles per gallon.
