The car will carry a 7.3-litre V12 engine with 750 hp (559 kW / 760 PS) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque.  The One-77 is built on a carbon fibre monocoque chassis and an inboard double wishbone suspension with Dynamic Suspension Spool Valve damping.

Other configurations include a six-speed robotized manual gearbox, carbon ceramic brakes, and specially developed Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres.

As of yet, there is no official confirmation from the manufacturer regarding the performance specifications of the model. We hear the power train is integrated with a new 6-speed gearbox

The One-77 is likely to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 220 mph (355 km/h). Only 77 units of this limited edition model will be manufactured, and each one of them will cost $1.87 million.

With a new rear bumper and a rear spoiler a little bigger than on the current model, the face lifted Rapide is changed at its rear end.

The rear parking sensors are located higher up. Expected to be launched sometime between late 2012 or early 2013, next Aston Martin Rapide may also get a new engine variant too.

As you know, Aston Martin presented Rapide as a concept car at the North American International Auto Show way back in 2006 and later introduced it in 2010. So, all set for a test drive in Facelifted Rapide?

The model has been incorporated with the latest race technology to continue Aston Martin’s success in GT3 for many years to come. The new Vantage GT3 racer of 1250 kg (2,755 lb) is based on the V12 Vantage model.

It comes featured with a 6.0-liter V12 engine under the hood. The engine is expected to churn out 600 hp (447 kW / 608 PS) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. It will be connected to a semi-automatic transmission. The first car is slated to be built in the coming July.

Only scarce details have surfaced as of now, but we guess more info might flow out of the carmaker’s assembly line space very soon.

A possible agreement to that effect could help Maybach wriggle out of S-Class platforms. If the deal comes about, Aston Martin will be able to get hands-on to the Mercedes engines range.

The deal could also mean that Maybach will get a much spruced up with Aston Martin throwing in some amount of sex appeal into the luxury car.

Aston Martin’s truck with Daimler need not be considered as a first, though. Earlier on the two car makers had joined hands to build the Lagonda concept, based on the Mercedes GL. The concept, if you would remember, was lambasted when it was revealed.

With the two companies now coming together again for the Maybach, we hope things would be done on a better level.

For a vehicle that is in the seven figure cost bracket, an almost sold out status is good news indeed. And to help sell the last 17 cars, the One-77 will be going on a jaunty Asian trip.

During this tour, the One-77 will be displayed to select potential clientele through events scheduled in cities like Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei and China.

The company says that the Asia-Pacific region is an important region for the company, one that holds significant growth potential.

The video, posted below this article, reveals the exterior of the car, giving us a good look at the rear diffuser and exhaust, mesh grilling and side skirts. A view of the inside reveals the N420 threadwork on its sport seats. Powering the N420 edition of the Vantage is a 4.7 V8 liter power plant with an output of 420 bhp (313 kW / 426 PS), which is the figure that gives the vehicle its name, and 470 Nm of torque.

The coupe version of the Vantage N420 has begun to be delivered since August. The roadster version was seen at the Paris auto show, and is to go on sale soon.

The car is expected to come with a chassis that would look borrowed from Audi’s A7 Sportback  and would have as its exterior a 20 per cent aluminium structure. This would make sure that the weight of the car would be much less that the 2,350kg Continental GT, at about 1,700kg. As for the interiors, one aspect that would charm enthusiasts is the ample legroom provided.

To be powered by a 4.0-litre turbo V8, co-developed with Audi, and would produce around 450bhp.  On the pricing front too, the new Bentley model could charm. We hear the car would cost around £85,000 in the UK, compared with the Rapide priced at £140,000.

With a disco-ball finish, the car has Lamo doors, a full DJ booth with a set of Numark NDX 800 turntables and a two-channel mixer, which lets through 1000 watts and 130 dB emitting speakers and amplifiers and multi-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels.

It remains to be seen how many takers there will be for this overwhelmingly shiny offering. Feedback is sure to reach Toyota after the car makes an appearance at a concert in Cologne, and then on tour at German Toyota dealerships.

The Cygnet was shown as a concept in March and is in the luxury city car category. Aston Martin says that with this car they will be responding to the needs of the customers who need a compact car for urban and city use, which still has the Aston martin personality. The Cygnet measures at 3 meters in length – helping city users to deal with tight parking and city traffic.
Each car will be hand-finished and unique, luxurious and compact – embodying the idea of ‘luxury not being constrained by scale’. More details like price and specification will be out during this year.
