A supremely modified Volkswagen Golf IV R32 has been unveiled by MTE. Modifications under the hood include the German tuner specializing in turbo conversions. There are installed turbo-plus intercooler along with larger injectors, modified cylinder head, forged pistons, high performance camshafts, and an optimized ECU.

All of this fine tweaking means that the car, with its twin-turbo 3.2-liter V6 pushing 2.2 bar of boost with a compression ratio of 7.8:1 produces 790 hp (589 kW / 801 PS) and 1200 Nm (885 lb-ft) of torque is capable of navigating the quarter mile in 10.7 seconds at 216 km/h (134 mph).
To handle the extra power generated, MTE added a Sachs two-disc sintered clutch in addition to a KW Coilover ‘Club Sport’ suspension, semi-slick tires, and a high-performance braking system (with 360mm discs and six-piston Brembo calipers). Inspired by this beauty, car fans, speed fans, power rush addicts are all looking to see what MTE gives next.
Folks from GWA-Tuning are trying to stun the family man with an amazing new four wheeler, their 2011 Mercedes E63 AMG Wagon. They came up with a body-kit that make the aggressive car, even more aggressive thanks to a front bumper with carbon vents and spoiler with LED running lights, a new grill and new brake cooling vents.

On top of that we’re hearing that on the sides there are skirts with cooling ducts for the rear brakes and carbon fiber pillar trim, a carbon fiber diffuser fitted with an LED fog lamp and a roof spoiler. All these for a round €15,000 (~ $18,500) or €22,000 (~ $27,200) if you go for the fully-optioned package that includes a set of 5-spoke GWA wheels and Valvetronic exhaust pipes.

Tuning in Japan is an art, and proof to back my sayings is the new Lexus LX570. But not just any LX570, but the one that the folks from ASI got their hands on. Saying that the luxury SUV can actually perform much more aggressively, ASI took the factory 5.7-litre V8 motor (381hp) and the 6-speed sequential-shift automatic transmission to new heights — dubbed it the ASI Lexus LX570 Invader and promised at least 600hp, and a 5 seconds time to reach 100km/h from standing still. That’s pretty impressive, but in honesty, it sounds like an expensive hack for your Lexus LX570. You game?
Swiss tuning house BF Performance has worked its magic on the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 with its GT600 tuning package which can be used both for the Coupe and the Spyder. BF Performance was inspired by the fact that the Gallardo is a very innocent car which is neither dynamic nor individual enough and hence BFP set out to make it look more aggressive using aerodynamics also reducing weight in the bargain.

The kit comes with new side skirts, a rear diffuser and a rear wing all of which are made of carbon fiber. Though the engine mod details have not been made public, the tuning house claims that the GT600 helps the car with better acceleration while the use of Carbon-ceramic brakes take care of the speed. On the inside, the passengers get sports seats and a rollover cage. Available for order right away, the BF team can even redo the Gallardo with a rear-wheel drive-train.
‘Wagden’ for most auto freaks remains an alien term and to avoid confusions, it is the combination of a wagon and a sedan. The best possible example is the BMW 5-Series GT tuned by AC Schnitzer which was taken off the veil at the ongoing Geneva Auto Show.

The AC Schnitzer tuning program gets an added front and rear spoilers along with more aggressive looking side skirts and a ventilated hood. Other noticeable changes include a redesigned rear end, an all new set of wheels and chrome exhaust tips. On the inside, the AC Schnitzer tuned BMW 5-Series GT gets aluminium pedals, an all new cover for the i-Drive controller and pleasing velour footmats. The tuning program also kicks up the performance with a 41HP power boost to the engine.

GeigerCars can never see those ponies hitting the tarmac with limited amount of energy under the hood, and this time around it is the Mustang Shelby GT500 which gets blessed with some power to scorch the roads. GeigerCars did not find the 540PS satisfactory and hence is treat the Mustang to render a nerve racking 810PS which kicks the top speed up to 220mph also the 0 to 60mph dash timing remains a secret. As far as the torque is concerned, the 5.4-liter V8 engine now does 945 Nm and the extra energy produced is taken care of with more coolers and better air flow set-up. 2010 Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang also gets new racing chassis.
While the auto world is excited about the arrival of the latest edition of its four-door flagship A8, Hofele design has gone ahead and released details of its tuning package for the 2010 model. There is a trimming kit both for the diesel and petrol versions where the 4.2-liter FSI V8 offering kicks the power up to 400PS with 475Nm of torque.

The diesel variant also gets a power hike where its TDi engine can now churn 395hp with up to 880Nm of torque. Extra power brings in better braking courtesy of larger ventilated steel disc brakes. The suspension has also been lowered (40 to 80mm) albeit, it returns to the standard levels when traveling at 80mph. Minor exterior modifications include a new front end that has larger air inlets along with front fender outlets and even the side sills have been redesigned. On the rear, the Hofele Design 2010 Audi A8 gets a remodeled bumper and a quad exhaust.

Monster World Rally championship is all set to welcome a new beast for the coming season-Monster Ford Fiesta-and it sure is an able contender. Dubbed the Monster Ford Fiesta rally car, it is based on the race winning European Rallycross Fiesta which was prepared by Olsbergs Motorsports Evolution. The beast is powered by a turbocharged 2.0L Duratec engine which can render 490hp at the max but the rally specified turbo-inlet restrictor restricts the output to 330hp. The monster is slated to compete in seven Rally America events and it will be Ken Block who will get behind the wheel in the Monster Fiesta.

German car fans at the Dubai Motor Show were in for a special treat as PPI Automotive Design revealed their much hyped, A8 based, PPI Razor GTR at the event. The difference between the Razor introduced in Dubai and the previous variants was the scorcher adoring the Visible Carbon Fiber Widebody package with a high gloss finish. The additional gloss factor was made possible courtesy of several layers of coat over the regular carbon fiber body. The carbon fiber covers the body panel, fenders, bumpers, lids and even sideblades but spares the engine which is covered by a Polycarbonate layer. Under the hood, the PPI Razor showcased in Dubai houses the same V8 engine capable of churning 580 horses. The V10 engine which renders 600 hp was also an option on display. Both the engine options help the car clock 60mph in just 3.7 seconds.
