Hope you have  already heard about the new Civic that was in the works at Honda. Pictures of the 2012 Honda Civic are now out.

Hardly distinct from the previous edition that came to North America, the new car brings about a deja vu design with minor tweaks. Nevertheless, what Honda has in store for the European version of the Civic attracts sheer interest.

The redesigned edition of popular automobile was spotted along the Alps highways. Though heavily camouflaged, we can make out the edgy styling of this Euro-spec prototype with new tweaks, like truncated rear doors, a steeply-raked windscreen and a taller hatchback look with a new rear wiper.

We hope changes in the US edition – such as  modified bumpers, a revised grille, and restyled taillights – will also be reappearing in the model.

No guesses are made at the moment with regard to the cost. The car is rumored to be getting ready to hit European roads by mid-2012.
