Romania’s highway patrol got a few SEAT Leon Cupra for tests. Although the country doesn’t have roads for one to hit the pedal to the metal, it looks like a great new squad car that will make the “officers” feel like pilots instead of drivers. Powered by a 2.0-liter TSI engine that churns 240 ponies, the car goes naught to 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds and tops at 274 km/h (at which it would probably disintegrate – road holes). One other thing that comes to my mind is … how capable are the Romania Police officers in handling such a monster. The new Leon Cupra is loaned till November …

Lucky Romanians! Wow that is a nice auto if I do say so myself. The Cupra looks like a little too much car for this police force (no offense). I was going to say that this auto is probably better relegated to Romanian presidential motorcade. Still a nice ride though.
