Like it or not, green supercars that won’t burn fuel to “brake sound barrier” are a fact. That’s why Koenigsegg is trying to stay ahead of others. For this year’s Motor Show in Geneva, they’ve teamed up with Swiss gurus from NLV Solar AG to come up with this Quant concept. All covered with a thin-flm photovoltaic coating and using a patented groundbreaking FAES (Flow Accumulator Energy Storage) technology, the four-seat solar electric outputs 512 hp, goes 0 to 100km/h in 5.2 seconds and tops at 275 km/h.
