Audi just released an official video of the new Audi R8 V12 TDI concept, that will be presented during the Detroit Motor Show. It has a supercharged V12 engine that develops 500-hp and 1000 Nm torque, goes up to 300km/h and hits the hundred (100km/h) in 4.2 seconds. If we’re to trust Audi, this diesel engine should have a 10liter/100km mixed fuel consumption, which is great for 500-hp.

Hopefully this actually comes through. Audi had plans to launch a Q7 with the same motor and it is yet to be released and anyway the chances of something like this coming out is pretty slim.
I would expect something with around 320hp and about 700nM torque.
