i got a Tata Nano CX chasis no. MAT6122219YF01686 on 08/09/09.

The vehicle has run about 5000 Kms by now.

I found that the acceralator wire broken about a montha and half back, now last week clutch wire was broken,

Althogh the qucik service was offered by the nearby service centre, but i am shocked by the concenpt of using wires for these functions. I am also shocked to find such a poor quality of wires used which are infereior than the wies used in two wheelers.

I will not be surpised if the brake wire is broken nest time and i hit soemone due the this failure.

Do you expect that we kill some one due to this.

I hope that TATA will arrange to get my car checked URGENTLY and get all such poor quality wires repalced before it is too late

Oh yes this car is no different from the South Africa Electric auto which requires a Battery Lease to operate, a standby German machined auto by Optimal Energy named The Joule [http://www.optimalenergy.co.za/]. Reasoning that importing cars is low government class is wrong, ideally the adequate supply becomes the major task because Africa has not enough water to support its population ten years into the future many community development projects will curb big cars in favor of smaller ones which do not need to be considered for long distance travel. This is the problem when the highways would become congested smaller makes would help to lessen the burden of traffic flow and have less break down time since repair costs to build larger facilities becomes another heating/cooling matter to deal with smaller cars will top out big for importing businessmen. I would not bet against transport of smaller cars along rails in mass transit transport railcars capable of holding six or nine vehicles depending on the size and weight but the electric Joule will be a heavy vehicle with lithium batteries to transport. So consider washing a million large vehicles compared to smaller ones and there begins to be a comparison you can't shake a stick at, small cars win the import order from the water supply issue if African makers do not make enough of them.
