News from the RP1 camp is that things are slowly starting to take form.
A new site is being opened during the course of the week called Kustamyz, with a monthly DVD title being released on a monthly basis. One of the main features on KUSTAMYZ DVD is the actual video birth of RP1 – as well as some of the sponsors involved. DVD’s will be on sale at Auto Africa at RP1’s stand.
Getting back to RP1, Handle Street have done work on the seats which have been completely covered in leather, yes, genuine leather, not the stuff you get at the Oriental Plaza!
Mr. Mark Sax has sorted out the stopping power and road holding abilities of the ride with a brake and suspension upgrade.
Jan Steyn has been building the door panels this week. The front door is housing 2 sets of 5inch Kickers splits which will give crystal clear sound upfront.
And lastly a big shout out needs to be given to Citi Used Spares. These guys have been pulling stuff out of the yard for this project that most places couldn’t find – And the best of all is: If its not there they will find it for you!

It’s all good and well, we know all about what will go into the RP1. It was said it would be @ the Auto Africa, but they site don even have amention on it. It’s been @least 2 weeks since the last update. RP1 should be, well, on the road by now. What’s with the secrecy guys? Where’s RP1?
